While maintaining this position I was responsible for the everyday management maintnance and direction of a staff of 15 - 20 employees. I took part in all employee recruitment, following each new applicant through the hiring, onboarding, and training processes. Additionally I created and administered annual employee safety and handbook compliance training. Finally, I resolved conflicts between employees through sitting them down and assisting in talking through their issues, hearing both understandings of the conflict and then making decisions on how to proceed.

In my time serving as an administrative assistant I was responsible for assisting the HR employee relations team with completing investigations related to harassment, sexual harassment, retaliation, and discrimination claims. I prepared, proofread, and distributed correspondence, reports, and presentations throughout the office. Finally, I acted as a first point-of-contact for employee inquires and resolved immediate employee concerns and requests.
Academic Foundation and Additional Experience
My academic journey is rooted in the intersection of human connection and organizational strategy. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Communication Studies, focusing on the art of strategic messaging and empathetic dialogue. This is complemented by a minor in Human Resource Management, which provides the analytical framework necessary to align HR policies with the broader strategic goals of any organization. These goals are supported by my additional experience as the student body president at Chattahoochee Valley Community College in 2025 where I supported both students and staff in the support of academic achievements and improved the general day-to-day quality of life for my constituites. Additionally I maintained the role of president of Phi Theta Kappa, which is the honors society for two year colleges and community colleges. Finally, I served as a chief senior master sergeant with Civil Air Patrol where I organized community volunteer events with volunteer agencies such as Habitat for Humanity and Fort Mitchell Funeral Services.
